Yulai is a pirate corporation....make no mistake.

Recently they attacked....as a nuet....a newb in our alliance. Having had respect for Yulai (one wonders why) I assumed it was a mistake and contacted Yulai. They informed me that killing my newb was a legitimate kill as he was 'red'. Lookign back in our records, there was no record of a contact from Yulai about this 'red' status.

This means they are a pirate corp as there is no functional difference between a pirate corp that says you are 'red' to them when the kill you and Yulai.

To their credit, the person I was contacting at Yulai said an apology to me about this...but they did not contact the newb they pirated nor made restitution. So much for honor and decency.

SO beware out there people. Yulai is a pirate corp. Do not rely on the fact that they claim they are NRDS and they are neut to you as they can and will attack you and 'justify' it by saying you are red to them. Yulai should be attacked on sight and, since they like pirating newbs, their newbs should be ganked in hisec whenever seen.

To bad, I used to have respect for Yulai. How the mighty have fallen and now are covered in filth.

As I said, your alliance is set red to us, and that is why we engaged. The Yulai Federation does not attack others for no reason. The reason why you are set red is most likely due to an engagement earlier this year between one of our allies CVA and a hostile mixed fleet (Legio Astartes Arcanum, Rookie Empire etc) where one of your pilots was involved in shooting at CVA.

I assume from your mail that your alliance practises NRDS? If so is the case I would advise you to contact CVA via their diplomatic channel CVA-DIPLO and request to sort things and be removed from their KOS list: http://kos.cva-eve.org/?q=Beacon+Light+Alliance

Once this has been sorted you would automatically be removed from our and all our allies in Providence's red lists, and we would not engage you.

Would gladly have tried to maintain good relations and sort this incident, but received no reply to this mail. It seemed to me that Nuela was rather bent on calling us a pirate organization despite my attempts to be diplomatic. Regardless, the Yulai Federation continues to be a dedicated NRDS and anti-pirate organization, but sometimes mistakes are made. I think it is inevitable when you live in a warzone constantly surrounded by pirates.

As a peaceful industrialist I must agree with this poster as to her legitimate claim that Yulai Federation are indeed pirates. These terrorists have attempted to engage me several times disrupting my mining operations but thankfully God is not on their side and their pirate actions were thwarted.

Copying the exact same post again and refusing to participate in dialogue (which you have been invited to but refuse) should make things clear enough to all which one of the parties is of a good willed nature, I'd say.

And btw, if you think we are pirates, check our killboard and see for yourself. 99.99% of all ships we shoot down are known pirate/nbsi pilots. The 00.01% killing of innocents is unfortunate, but accidents happen when you live in a warzone. We always offer to reimburse accidental killings.

You made it very clear in your last email that you participated in piracy yet made no restitution....just some stupid apology and to ME not to the victim. Just words.

Spinning it as you are reasonable just makes you even more morally nebulous.

We could keep talking and work something out, but you stalled all hopes of that by starting to call us pirates. You just do not want to be constructive. Your pilot jumped into one of the most dangerous and battle torn systems in the southern sector of the galaxy. Bad things happen. I have already before expressed apologies and also informed you that this could be resolved if you would be so kind to contact the major anti-pirate entity in the area, CVA, via their diplomatic channel CVA-DIPLO. I assure you there is a valid reason for your alliance being set red, and you should take it up with them. We can be diplomatic about this, or you can keep being impossible and calling us pirates.

Anyway, unless you are willing to do that you are actually the one that will continue to be labelled as pirates by pretty much all the NRDS forces and alliances in the southern 0.0 sec regions of the galaxy. That's like some 15,000 pilots. Your choice.

I have not forgotten the pirate organization of Yulai...preying on neutral newbs and claiming 'oops'
but making no restitution.

The bounty system has been fixed so I have put a billion isk on this heinous pirate organization. Please destroy these scum and enjoy some isk for your efforts.

While there are other pirate organizations out there, I have particular disgust for Yulai who pretend to be anti-pirate while engaging is such despicable behavior themselves.
