Prefer no negative wallet
need to be able to drive any minmatar or Caldari Carrier or Dread
Budget 5B .. maybe a bit more..... thats why I dont expect alot of SP :)
Idea possibility to trade http://eveboard.com/pilot/Pseudon_Lamiral Arrow Jump freigther , caldari shield BS/BC driver + some leadership skills (too but have to leave corp and wormole first) than mean delay....
