Sisi patch error

Upon launching eve sisi I get the message for a 3.9MB patch. The patch crashes, referring to an error log. After that it tells me to run the repair too as well.

the repair tool crashes upon starting.

-Tried rebooting the computer
-Tried reinstalling Eve Sisi

both to no avail.

Ditto on this problem. I have also tried making a new test folder and patching but the problem remains.
