Character Bazaar

I'm looking to buy two characters (obviously not from the same person unless you happen to have both but I'm too lazy to make two threads). Please, if you post just an eve-board link, include a price with it.

1) I want a higher-end Tengu pilot. Not some 7m SP "I can ride in a Tengu" pilot, but someone seriously specialized into it, with the relevant fitting, tanking, missile and support skills. I'm much more interested in focus here than diversity, but Leadership skills are cool. I'll consider characters with some BS-level skills, but I don't really care about them too much so price accordingly. I'm looking to spend 8-10b on this guy.

2) I want a crappy (well, as not-crappy as my budget allows) carrier pilot, preferably not just a sitter, or at least something in between. I can go up to about 11.5b (maybe slightly higher), so I don't really have high expectations, but if you've got a "project" carrier character sitting around that you want to offload, let me see 'em.
