WTB focused industrial character - mining/research/manufacturing maybe even trading

Hi all

I'm looking for an industrial focused character with skills trained towards:

*Mining (hulk/orca at best)
*Research - needs to be able to invent/copy/ME/PE
*Manufacture - preferably able to manufacture on capital scale

Optional
*Trader - Freighter pilot


Plus Points:
*Jump Freighter Pilot
*Good corporation skills


Budget for this search is more or less 7b. I can stretch to double that for a good toon, but i prefere not to. No need for combat skills, indy focused.
