Blue Character while in Captain's Quarters

Hey so I got a problem... My character is shaded all in blue when I am in the captains quarters, it's like the textures are not loading or something, I did re-customize my appearance for my character but I am not sure if that is the cause of the problem. So any help would be appreciated!
