Looking for a low sp covert ops pilot, with good scanning skills.
Other random skills are Ok but would not make major difference on the price.
Amarr race preffered (god wills it)
other skils looking for is Salvage, Hacking, Codebreaking

Training it to a different race is not a problem to me.
I'm only intrested in a good deal.
I will be taking into account how old the character is SP wise.

950mil GTC for 2 months + extra for well trained alt.

Just roughly so poeple don't bother with there over priced toons.
