TEST Patch fails to install from TQ version to current SISI version

I spent some time trying to get sisi working last night...
The sisi client was working fine before the current patch, the current patch started applying then failed at fileset female something.
I deleted my test server directory, copied the working TQ client to test, started, got prompted to run the 28MB patch, did so, it failed again on the female fileset. Ran the repair as it suggested, then ran the patch again, and it fails again. Deleted and recopied the TQ client, and this time downloaded the 28MB patch and applied manually, again it fails to patch the female fileset.
I also thought that it could be my TQ client files, so I ran the repair utility on my TQ install, and then coped again to EVETest, and reran the patch install, first with auto update, and then again copied and tried applying the patch manually, still to no avail.

wondering if anyone else had the same issue?... Any workarounds?

I just used the Sisi Launcher and it patched without any problems.
