Looking for Very Specific Toon/Toons

I am looking for a character with stats as close to as whats listed below.

All drone skills 5
All Race Frigates 5
All Race Cruisers 5
Battle Cruiser 5
Battleship 5
All Armor Compensation skills 5
All Shield Compensation Skills 5
All Capacitor Energy & Power Grid Skills 5
All Gunnery Support skills 5
All small medium and large projectile and hybrid weapons 5
Gallente and Minmatar Sub Systems 5


I know this seems like a lot and I doubt there is a toon out there that could match this as of right now. I am deploying very soon. I will be monitoring this forum as much as possible. I will be watching for players to post the toon they think could be closest to what I want here. Money will not be an issue although I still am game smart enough to know how much toons are going for.

I will buy a character or two or three while I am gone so that I have them for when I get back. Total characters looking to purchase 3.... Post if you would like as i have about 70 bill now... I will have more when I come back but right now I am trying to see what I can get..... Thanks for your time and happy posting.....
