How do you set up multiple clients across 2 monitors with the fixed window mode

I am trying to figure out how to have multiple clients running in fixed window mode, one on each of my two monitors.

So far they all want to open in the same screen. Do I need to just keep changing the options on one of them to send it to the other screen or can I set it up somehow to automatically keep opening one per screen?
