So here's the deal...
I've been skilling this guy for Twisted Tengu and want the slot for another higher sp toon to skill.
He's 5m SP now but all Tengu related, has Four of Tengu Subs to V already, skilling Engineering to V (2 Days)

TwistedHe already uses T2 Heavies and has decent DPS for his skills. Has a mix of T2/T1 on other support items.

CoolHe's a good toon to fly level 3 Missions solo in any ship or Assist in Level 4's for either Tank or DPS.
Because he's been on a great deal of missions for Gallente, he has level 4 Agent access with Federal Navy. Evil He brings about 600 DPS with 4 Ballistic II's in his Lows throwing T2 Heavies in a Tengu right now. I’ve been flying him as an alt and he adds a lot of value. I wouldn’t fly him solo in a Tengu in a Cry level 4 Mission now, but have flown him solo Lvl 4 in his Drake passive P fit and he tanks fine with about 370 DPS, just takes a while.

I am interested in selling him, but need 3b out of him to break even. You could build this guy yourself in less than 3 months, but what’s the fun in waiting and doing low level missions to get any ISK. I’ll just keep skilling if no one wants him… but show me some love and bump him anyway with your nasty comments …XXX

It’s a cheap way of getting into the Tengu business if you want to mess around now.
