Do not accuse me of a scam without any evidence. The CCP transfer payment window is refusing payment, there is very little I can do about this. If I had insisted you send me all your ISK first and then refused to give it back, that would be a scam.

Why would you report to CCP resulting in possible Account Ban just because you weren't willing to wait for a billing petition response. Please read the sticky at the top of this forum, Scamming on Character Bazaar is prohibited. If someone actually scams you, please do report, Until then, don't be a **** to other people looking to trade characters.

if you do have some evidence that it was a scam, please post it here to warn other buyers, I can assure you that I am guilty of nothing more than not having traded characters before, just like you.

Rusane, if the transfer failed after I had taken ISK, I would have no option but to return it to you.

This forum is protected from scamming. If I had kept the ISK, as I detailed in the conversation, you would've been refunded by GM and all associated accounts of mine would be banned. The forum rules require the ISK to be sent only to the account being sold, and the update sticky says that the account will be locked upon transfer.

I have not accused you of scamming despite the fact that you wanted the transfer started (and hence the account probably locked down) before paying the ISK. I put some measure of trust in you and CCP having not traded a Char before and you try and get me banned? Thanks alot.

I appreciate there are scammers in-game, but there is no reason to attempt drag my name through the mud simply because I have had a technical fault.

Edit to point out the following for any future transfers you may engage in: (from sticky):
"17. Whenever a character is transferred before the seller has moved the ISK received from the sale to another one of their characters, the Customer Support team will return that ISK to the rightful owner. The buyer cannot expect to receive both the character and the ISK that they paid to purchase it."

aka, you need to send the money before account gets locked down, or seller could jump the gun as you have just done and get you banned for scamming.

I am not as bitter as I seem, we were both new to character transfers, I would rather not see you banned because you are new, so please read the above point from the sticky for future trades. Thank you for editing your accusation above.
