Station services window

I have been away from the game for awhile now, decided to get back into it, anyway, I cant upgrade my clone, every station I go to that has a medical service, there is no station service window!

Any help would be great thanks

Could it be that you used to have the roles to open the "delivieries" window, and that you had it open when you left, but now you don't have those roles?
If you did, you can try to reset the window settings although I'm not 100% sure that actually resets what needs to be reset. If that doesn't work, try resetting all settings (you can take a backup of them before you do that).

There might also be a shortcut for that window, check out the shortcuts tab in the ESC menu.
