EVE New Citizens Q&A

I'm thinking of establishing a new account using the option given by the new edition of the programme The Power of Two.
For playing Eve, I pay with my credit card, so I qualify. Question emerges, however: if I buy 3 Plex on my existing account, then I return them to the redeem system so I can pay for the programme, will the NEWLY created account be fueled with the 6-month subscription. I know my question sounds ridiculous but whilst I was filling out the online form, this popped out:

"6 Month EVE subscription + Secondary account signup"

As I'm using right now my existing account for which I pay with credit card, logically, I understand "6 Month EVE subscription" as payment for this EXISTING account and "+ Secondary account signup" as something additional to that.
Has somebody already done it and can confirm that by so doing I will actually create a fully NEW account with 183-day game time added right at the birth of the new character, and I will keep my original payment method for the existing account (credit card)?

How many people, percentage wise, do you think would have made use of this new offer they just put out? This is not one of their normal offers so unless someone AND used it himself AND read your thread they won't reply.
