from my experience with mmo which is a lot, three days and no response on a ticket is pretty bad

lol...no it isn't. Every other MMO I have ever played has always had a response time of about a week to any petition. It also depends on what the issue is and how much time they have to spend on it. Bugs also take priority over other issues.

You haven't been flamed, not yet anyway.

Depending on what your issue is and how full the backlog is response times can vary from a few minutes to a few weeks.

I guess "Because of Falcon" is not working anymore...
Maybe Goons are interdicting the Petition Queue ?

The question is : "Why won't you answer my petition?" which is already containing part of the answer, as it is a future stance. "They" surely won't answer. You'll never know the reason.

What was it a petition about?
Ship reimbursement usually takes a while.

Stupid petitions usually take longer.

One's notifying them of spam usually get a prompt "thank you but please send these to the security team in future"

With "a lot of experience with MMOs" you mean that you played WoW for 3 years, right?

Probably, hence the need for instant gratification.

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...
