Looking for two hulks pilots. What he/she needs to have:

+ Exhumers to 5
+ Shield skills to 4
Comp skills not required but would be nice
+ Processing skills a plus
+ Electronics to 5
+ Engineering to 5
+ Some Navigation skills are a plus
+ And just basic easy skills

Budget for the two together is 5 bil, might consider more. So. that's 2.5 bil a piece.

Please have updated eve board ready.

Will decide by Sunday on which characters I choose.

If not much interest in this the deadline will be extended.
