CCP: Any plans for a Collectors' Edition?

More than a year ago, in this dev blog, there was an indication that a new collectors' edition is being considered:

Sneak preview: there will be a new boxed edition late next summer and we are even contemplating a collector’s edition as well this time.

May I ask what is the latest on this? Even if its a "we'll update you soon(TM)" that'll make me a happy puppy.

Maybe a 10 Year Anniversary collectors edition would make sense once we get there. . . but I'm kindof on the fence about such a thing. Of course I would buy it, and then I'd be even more broke than I am nao:(

Then after the initial day of excitement over getting it and looking through all the neat stuff, it would just sit on a shelf next to all my other collector game editions gathering dust for eternity.
