Why not having the EVE community, or some volunteers do the job? Just let people upload the logo, have a review of it for other people, and when they reach a certain positive treshold (like 80% ok). They will be added to the game.

Not that this will be 100% bulletproof but it will work. This will also make it possible for smaller alliances to have there own logo. As there will be almost no problems, for a overworked CCP member (Do they exist?) clicking the accept button.

Just a few of my ISKies about this subject.

It has been way too long. Neglect isn't becoming to a large MMO company, CCP. Just look at other MMO's that have died in recent years.
