We've fought those ships in Syndicate in the last week (3 Drakes + Cane vs 2 Drakes) and I can confirm that they had both a Loki & a Tengu boosting them.

However, that does not take away from the fact that without sound piloting, they would have lost (one of their Drakes was in 90% hull, at the time we thought they were bait tanking but now in hindsight I don't think so).

Nice video - just wish you included that fight!

2 Drakes, Hornet EC-S, Loki and Tengu boosting them combined with faction fit and 100mn ab. (Although every gang you face in that video is using Hornet ec-s too, luckily Drakes are a lot better at killing drones than Canes.)

Let's just pick everything thats 'uneven' about the game and put it in one video

I mean props for flying them and all and 'risking' that much ISK but yeah...

Yes, its impressive you managed to dupe people into thinking those were just 2 drakes where in fact they were 4-6 times more expensive than 2 tengus with comparable stats.
Now watch it again pretending you are looking at 4 tengus killing stuff, not so impressive anymore.




When he hits his scanner all I'm seeing is a Loki on scan so unless he has a siege mod on that loki as well then yes that is all the tank he'd get. Assuming he does have a siege mod on that loki and it is a T2 Active Shielding then it would only boost it up to 400dps active tank. As long as he can be pinned down a good Hurricane pilot with dual neuts will be able to outdps that.

That must be the most stupid quote of a long time. They have still the DPS of 2 Drakes with a little tank on it.
Yeah they spent tons of isk on those drakes but who cares, its a ton to lose when things go wrong and lets face it, its not like the other side tries to fight under fair odds. Gankers tricked, i like it.

Makes perfect sense if you fly the tengu booster with a loki booster (which you should be, considering that the loki booster is far more important when flying a 100mn AB tengu than a tengu booster is). You can have the loki and tengu remote ECCM each other and that lets them achieve higher sensor strength than if they had their own ECCM. Tengu with 2 self ECCM's won't be at the current minimum sensor str/sig radius ratio anyway, you'd need an implant set.

they will be with the sigradius bonus from the loki. also you can get solo unprobable tengus too. :D

There is no unprobable anymore, it just varies in difficulty.

Show me an unscannable (I know it's not unscannable, but whatever, what the hell am i supposed to call it) gang link tengu that uses 2 self ECCM's, has a loki link alt giving it bonuses, and uses the emergent locus analyzer subsystem like the tengu that was linked that I was talking about.

If you can do that, you need to be banned because you'll be breaking game mechanics.
