got this send in, i promsied to post it :

Should everyone and their cat have the right to a piece of deep space? No, but the way it looks now, then you either 1) rent (have you investigated renting priecs lately?), 2) join a bigger entity or 3) settled down somewhere where there are no good moons....and 4) start praying that the super/titan fleets doesn't get bored and go on a "because we can" trip.
- "Real pvp happens in deep space!" ..... do it?

Deep space is dieing (if it has ever lived). Take a cruise in 3/4 of it and you will meet 10 toons max, (8 of these will dock up or safe up before you even enter system..., the last 2 was afk from the start). And what about the last 1/4 of deep space? fun!...if you like getting hotdropped by 20-30 supers with titans as support OR 200-250 Tier 3 BC's....
The only time that the last 3/4 of deep space sees any action, is when the 1/4 moves there to fight. Or rather sees who have the biggest blob, which have been spiced up with supers and titans - which is actually fine, as some players like that. For EVE it is a problem though, as the super and tittan pilots arn't playing EVE. They are doing something else, and will get an text message or a jabber ping when they are called for. Even most support pilots are doing that.
The trend of people doing something else and only coming online for a specific event (or ping) is becoming more and more outspoken leading to EVE becoming an empthy place.

Then ofc there is the whole deal with High Sec and isk making there vs deep space, but you seem to have that covered =)

yes and it might **** peeps off, but blowing up stations wont help and will make 0,0 more empty. therefore i am against that popular story. It will make little allainces even less willing to put up stations. Big allainces will just clear a region in a few days of any non NPC station. SO no on station killing, unless i will allow more to be anchored per system and make them much cheaper. But that will increase the grinding people dont like. so just a no.

and 0,0 is becomming less actractive and empty yes, CCP stated years ago they wanted to move towardss more localised pockets with local markethubs and meaningfull bussiness, instead of the current model. it might sound silly, but atm sov costs isk, maybe u should make it worthwhile. Also owning sov and upgrading a system should let u increase the belt rats true sec status, making "bad" systems non excistant if u put time and effort in. (as with the upgrades now)

0.0 and low sec is where the risk is, so thats where the isk shoudl be, not in big tech moon,s but local stuff, created and used by single players or small teams. not just 3 tech poss in a region u move your supers too. So nerv tech moons, increase system options, make sov profitable, nerv freaking incursions in high sec, encourage interaction between 0,0 and high sec for that matter.

became a bit more text then i wanted too, but meh, all fun ;)

Please can you provide your candidacy views on the following subject of Bounty Hunting

(The linked thread is a posting to maintain a holistic view of the various candidates comments and in some way to act as a foundation for discussion. It seems to have offended one candidate that linking it is in some way implies a prescriptive need to read it or post in it, this is not the intention. Such that if you have specific thoughts on the subject due to your own awareness or thoughts, I would be happy to coallate the views for you as a result)

thnx for pointing me towards your discussion , i answered in your post. every eve player will confirm the bounty system isnt one of the biggest eve entertaining occupations.

Formalising it with contracts and objectives to be put on a bounty contract market would be a option, but now thrustworthy merc corps seem to be holdign their ground. As soon asa bounty goes over your pod price you can collect it yourself, so is it broken yes. is it the big thign that needs to be fixed: no if u ask me. It will take alot of balancing and downsides to tackel if u wanan implement a meaningfull bounty system in high sec, that can give sanctionised kills

goto the thread 2 comments up.

eve radio yesterday, we where with alot of CSM mebers or wannabe members like me. Pretty hard to get the listeners too graps who's who, but certainly usefull and hopefully entertaining in parts for the listeners.
Alot of talk about 2011, incarna and future of Incarna. A bit of a wasted subject as CCP clearly stated Incarna is in the fridge, even if u count CSM 7 till 2013. Inferno is up next, promising more.
CSM shoudl be about future and lessons u learned from the past, not dwel over how awsome the player community responded.
Null sec is ofc on most CSM s minds, but especially on smaller subjects people disagree. Personal intrests and game style seem too promote what s the subject.

Like current CSM member said: u cant promise certain changes. u can have ideas, leading towards meaningfull game play, but u can never promise, since u cant deliver, very true, as a IT manager irl we use scrum, a proces where u keep interacting with your customer abotu the road u heading, the time spend and if u still on the same play field. Intresting for CSM maybe also.

\I have alot of ideas in my bio and posts, they are just thoughts to voters too see what goes in my mind. Stuff like isk versus risk, and distributing money so it leads to less blob. u can extent that too incursions or techmoons, its just a generic statement. Few things i really say no abotu last night is nobl exchange, partial incarna and ****. OMG tstay away from that.

was fun, votes can be made this week, gl too all

and ofc vote core, say no to blob, and put isk/risk into action

yes deo, bounties from NPC should be moved towards tags or loot in general, making botting harder, and havign to scoop the loot as well, making more trips, slowing isk making down, and leaving chances for quick tackle.
also the unbalance in tag value leaves some regions empty and others more buys, 1 gold tag is worth 10 mill, the other 0 isk. there is no balance between factions.
ofc its just a minor detail, but tags could be made more balanced and representitive, or exchangable for LP points of a faction.
thnx for your like mate!

Could you elaborate on this idea please?

Are you saying you wish to remove all bounties on rats, and make them drop more loot/tags instead? Will these tags be interchangeable to isk in stations, or do you wish to remove the isk faucet in entirety? Also, how does this prevent botting? Wouldn't this just be an extra strain on us normal people without really adding content to the game?

emeos,
u would be abel to cash in tags or soemthing, therefor have to loot (part of wreck)

also it shoudl be combined with possibility to upgrade true sec of a system by ownign Sov, so that sov is worthwhile and u can turn crap NPC regions into better onces , same as u can currently with anomalies and stuff

its about moving isk making from moons to players, balancing isk versus risk
