I plan to redo the SOE arc but I am not sure what ship can tank it or if it was changed since I last did it.

Can a Catalyst with 1 small tech 2 armor repair Tank all the SOE arc missions?
How much dps/volly is needed to 1 shot most everything in the SOE arc missions?
Can a tech 3 cruiser enter the SOE arc?

I'm doing the missions now in a T1 Cruiser, very easily. You can prob do most of the missions in a well fit frigate. Pirate

T1 cruiser makes them pretty easy =D

But ya, given that this is the second run through you have to at least ahev 3 months worth of SP since the first time and if the majority of that SP was put into combat then it should eb a breeze in a T1 combat frigate (Punisher, Merlin, Tristan, Incursus, Rifter etc)

So I popped a guy who stole my can and he dropped a deadspace fit worth 8 mil isk.

He was in a rifter and I was in a catalyst.

I also noticed the epic arc for SOE is no longer 1 mil isk minimum payout. WTF CCP?

Sure. I did all SoE EA missions in a Caty. 6x T2 rails, salvager and a tractor (I'm lazy). No repmod. The famous second to last mission takes a while, but nothing threatening.
