Oil Spill For Sale

This toon is perfect for Incursions/missions AND pvp.

Firstly I used Oil Spill to go incursioning :) and using a Loki this guy was a champion, (Dual web Loki ftw) is able to make 100m/ph in Highsec and a lot more in low and Null.

He flew the Loki and Mach with brilliant efficiency. Although not using t2 large guns just yet (5 Days), he still did a grand job with RF 800mm's.

Since then, I recently introduced Oil Spill to the splendour of PVP and the outcome was most satisfactory. Here is a link to Killboard to see for yoursleves.

Ships he can fly include BS, BC's,Cruisers, Cov-ops, HAC, AF, HIC, Stealth Bomber

Little too low sorry.

People are asking around 3b for a 5mil sp loki pilot.. (which is insane, I know) but this toon is worth slightly more than your offer.

Can you go any higher?
