Have you ever listened to a planet?

I just bought a pair of gaming headphones and I'm doing my PI. Load up one of my lava planets and... the volume is a bit high.

I'm hearing the creepiest sounds in the entire galaxy. This brings back my fear of large planets (like Jupiter) which I had when I was a kid.

The planets do have some interesting sounds effects on them, I'll have to check out the sound at the CO's though, I don't tend to hang around them that long.

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...

Similar but not as severe as a shield or armor rep repetition. But I cant enjoy it as a white noise.

There is a lot of very feint "play the record backwards" kind of stuff in EvE. You have to have the volume up pretty high to make it out.

It's true. In 2nd or 3rd grade I remember being taught of the planets in our solar system. Every. Single. Time. We talked about Jupiter and looked at pictures of the planet, I felt uneasy. It gave me chills.

Decades later, I watched 2001 Space Odyssey.
