Question

"Some say that he is actually dead, but the Grim Reaper is too afraid to tell him." "Some say he is the 3rd member of Daft Punk and he did the vocals of "Technologic" song. All we know is,he's called EVE Stig"!

diverse rambling

Alright, I retract my statement. You are not throwing a tantrum and you do not need help.
You are a troll, fair and square. Nobody is this ridiculous unless on purpose.
Well done, I really didn't spot it first time round.

i never wrote that.

i dont use the word rambling, rambling is a term for demented people and i dont use much i certainly havent used it in my posts

i also dont use the word troll, because it doesnt mean anything in english and because i know what a troll looks like.

it is normally a term used when somebody says something you dont agree with ,

in your case you could be called a troll if i liked to use that word, i dont,

in your case it would be more like fanboi....

Alright, you've got to be kidding me..
You never wrote "diverse ramblings"? Really? I... wow. Alright, I'll just come out and say it: I wrote that to sum up (and, admittedly, ridicule) the, yes, ramblings you spread in your previous post(s), because I didn't want a screen-long quote wall. I apologize if that got you thinking I was implying you actually used the word "rambling".

I have to say though, seeing you flame me for my choice of words in one sentence and calling me a "fanboi" in the next made me laugh. Cudos for that. I'm still not entirely convinced that you didn't start this thread just for the sh*ts and giggles.

But, just in case you are serious, let me explain my position here.
I am, by no means, a "fanboi" [sic] of CCP's. I have a lot of respect for the actual devs, the designers and coders and masterminds who create EVE's content, because I believe it to be a brilliant, if severely run-down game. I more and more grow disillusioned and angry at CCP management for what they are doing with the game and where they are heading. As for GMs and customer support in general, I've only needed them once or twice myself in all my years, and they responded almost instantly and resolved my case without a hitch.

That said, I have worked in customer support before, for another MMO. If your posts in this thread are -anything- like your usual communication efforts on the internet and anything like your petitions, I can see quite clearly why a GM with a less-than-transcendant amount of calm and goodwill may have found it troublesome to respond to your satisfaction. I can also see why any senior GM who looked into the case would've probably backed up your original GMs. In fact, if I take your thread, and compare it to threads back from work and the petitions they were related to, I'm impressed they still let you post.

So, that was the blunt and honest of where I am in this. I'm sure you don't care, because as has been established, the GMs are a bunch of lying hush-hush-coverups, THEY are out to get you, and I am just a drivelling fanboy.

i was clear on my comunications, and the gm NickyArikado lied to me twice without remorse

if you want i can send you an email with them and see yourself what passes for helping players on support these days.

my short temper at the moment is dealing with fanbois anf flamers and griefers on forum, they dont argue the issues just flame the writer, i wont take that, let me know and i will send you the transcripts and tell me if the gm wasnt lying

To Cylian -

Let me explain how these agents work and why you have, quite likely, in effect lost the ability to use them through no great fault of your own, just through somewhat obscure game mechanics.

The tag agents for all factions (all of which incidentally are functional) will offer you a mission when you first talk to them. You have a week to accept that mission. Once accepted you have a week to complete it.

That's it - you get one shot. If you talk to an agent and then you do not accept the mission, the mission will never be offered again. This is a bit of an anomaly when compared to storyline agents (which most people are used to) but COSMOS agents work like that.

What I believe happened - you dropped by the tag agents one day and talked to them thinking you could get back to it sometime. Didn't think much of it.

Now you come back and have the means to carry out the missions, only to find that the agents seem bugged because they are not offering you a mission. But they already did - and you failed to accept it.

I hope this explains why you are having an issue.

Having said that a note about GM intervention in the game.

I have found that when you are clear on things GMs will always try to be helpful. Sometimes this results in your concern being met, sometimes it doesn't. EVE is an incredibly complex game and not all GMs are aware of all the mechanics involved (especially with some of the old ones as in this case). You always have the option to discuss a petition. I have found that provided you are coherent and civil about things you will get explanations that go beyond "the logs don't show anything" response (which incidentally - I can see how it would be a valid response). If for some reason things seem to be getting nowhere with a particular GM - request that the petition be escalated.

My personal experience with GMs has had it's ups and downs but I have to say in the last few months things have been much improved - in part it might be that I am getting better at writing petitions (no small factor in these things) but I appreciate the work being put into things. My last petition was resolved in exactly 8 minutes - and no it was not a high priority "stuck" petition, and I had another petition that was automatically escalated without my having to request anything because it was a bit of a complex issue and the responding GM realised that it would be best handled by someone else.

so what part of it you dont like or think it doesnt make sense

1- lying by gms?
2- the Council for 00 alliances?
3- the list of unfinished stuff?
4- the waste of money from ccp to sales and marketing and not product develepoment

5- you are a fanboi who cant listen to critizsim.
plenty of them in here, mostly making trillions in 00 and grieving people in game

Your post is so angry it come out like some hysterical ranting, that make it tedious to follow you. On top of that, I see's some obvious lies on your own in there. Like that claim about most of CCP working for marketing.

Clue 1: not all of CCP employees are working for Eve.
Clue 2: a lot of employees are people that, while not belonging to marketing, still have little knowledge of programming or net code. You don't want them to meddle with those things.

Next time, try to post when you're not shaking in rage, you might have more success.

I'm bothering to answer you only because I want to experiment a bit with the new forums, btw.
