GMS lying, CSM for 00 alliances and CCP spending more in marketing than development.

I'd imagine getting to be a DEV/GM in EVE is not something they give away in a crackjack box (maybe apart from the chap who came up with the NEX store) and he/she really has no reason to lie, he /she has a mutlitude of other excuses they can use.

Use the petitioning system to complain not the bloody forums you just come across as a bit of a spoilt child who isn't getting his own way.




tried the petitions , and they didnt bother checking the logs
that is why i was asking someone to publish the html images of the conversations, as i cant do this here it wont let me.

and this forum is the only one i know regarding eve.....


No offence meant, but going by the way you posted here it sounds more likely to be more you not comunicating your problem clearly enough to them and they're misunderstanding you, either update your current petition or make a new petition explaining the issue clearly and calmly, step by step, and then place at the end of it "please can i have this issue escelated to a higher level, i would like it dealt with by a senior GM as it involves issues i have with GM's". That should get it to the right person, and hopefully they can help you out.





the gm i was dealing with wont even pass me to another gm to deal with the problem that he was not even helping me solve.......

the problem is i am too angry to do more petitions, CCP can find another cash cow, in any way there isnt even a complaints department, this is worse than the water companies, how can you file petitions about the same people who deal with them

i asked the gm to escalate the complain he said no, what is there to file another petition for ?

have you even read the first post? or my subsequent replies? no really....... if eve was such a fantastic managed game we would have millions of players, we dont, so stop excusing a complain you know nothing about

I'm pretty sure this is only due to the fact that Google serves ads to a lot of websites. Those ads are usually tailored to you. So if you search "EVE" a lot, you'll see it a lot.

This is a horrible thread.

First your wasting the GMs time by not properly escalating the petitions, but instead asking for a "full investigation" on the GMs who tried to help you and what the situation is.

Second your blaming the CSM for not looking/taking seriously your COSMOS BP idea. You do realize there are a multitude of other idea, issues, concerns that the CSM could be and are looking into. When it comes to COSMOS there are very few who actually care about it so its pretty much at the bottom of the list. Though it is true that COSMOS is just another feature thats buggy and incomplete and left to rot.

Lastly and most important...Use proper sentences and paragraph structure. I mean honestly it doesn't have to be perfect but having two line spacing between every sentence is horrific.

I had a Cosmos agent expire after a few hours and I had spent a long time farming items for it, I didn't rage quit over it.

actually what is sad is the people who are siding with CCP and the GMs on this issue.

i have offered to send the transcrips to anyone who can post them online on html format

i have explained how the focus of the company is not to make the game better is to make money,

my posts have been seen by gms and devs, and nothing has happened.

that tellls you all about complains handling and how much the company cares about his players.


idiotic posts about mommy and toddlers are just that, idiotic.

at the end of the day i filled 2 petitions , and closed them when i realized i was getting brushed off and lied to.

my first post also mention a dozen serious issues about current eve.

nobody is talking about them,

Ok let me spell this for you

1-one of the gms was a senior one, i ended up feeling i was trying to cheat him, then the second lying one tells me what i am

complaining about is bugged.... (he did the same 3 weeks before about same issue, and i swear to you there is nothing bugged.....) so escalate what? to whom?, the same people i am complaining about?

2-This blueprints issue, is many many years old, it should have been picked/sorted up by CSM/ or CCP, MANY YEARS AGO.

in any case it was on the assembly hall and no CSM bothered to say anything........or CCP.


3- i have re-edited original post, the 2 spaces between lines is actually to make the writing less condensed and easier to read

as people were complaining they needed magnifying glasses



4- last one wasting gms time.........

dude they havent done zip about this what time wasted?, the petitions are closed, i am unsubsbring the game from my anual bill

in a month and that is it.....

even the form i filled with the subscription cancellation has been ignored.........

they dont give a f**k , i 'll leave it at that

I actually have a petition that has a GM caught red handed lying and me having to get another GM to intervene and apologize for the lying. And then the second GM just said your SOL to me anyway. Even after showing that what happened should not have happened and being lied too. Whole thing left me feeling the whole process was worthless. Gutter level customer service especially considering it took days to get looked at and then lied to blatantly.

After one more LOGS THROW NOTHING auto response I just don't even bother anymore. Its just a giant stone wall dressed up as customer service. Complete hogwash, or at the very least most GMs I get have giant rods up their backsides and don't know anything about customer service.

Overall my general view of CCP top to bottom is very negative. And it did not start out that way. CCP made it that way.

And before you say GMs are volunteers and what not. They still represent CCP and affect the image people have of CCP.

Yet every time I have needed to get a GM involved I have had good service. Even got my ship back.

Alright, I'll just come out and say it: I wrote that to sum up (and, admittedly, ridicule) the, yes, ramblings you spread in your previous post(s), because I didn't want a screen-long quote wall. I apologize if that got you thinking I was implying you actually used the word "rambling".

I have to say though, seeing you flame me for my choice of words in one sentence and calling me a "fanboi" in the next made me laugh. Cudos for that. I'm still not entirely convinced that you didn't start this thread just for the sh*ts and giggles.

But, just in case you are serious, let me explain my position here.
I am, by no means, a "fanboi" [sic] of CCP's. I have a lot of respect for the actual devs, the designers and coders and masterminds who create EVE's content, because I believe it to be a brilliant, if severely run-down game. I more and more grow disillusioned and angry at CCP management for what they are doing with the game and where they are heading. As for GMs and customer support in general, I've only needed them once or twice myself in all my years, and they responded almost instantly and resolved my case without a hitch.

That said, I have worked in customer support before, for another MMO. If your posts in this thread are -anything- like your usual communication efforts on the internet and anything like your petitions, I can see quite clearly why a GM with a less-than-transcendant amount of calm and goodwill may have found it troublesome to respond to your satisfaction. I can also see why any senior GM who looked into the case would've probably backed up your original GMs. In fact, if I take your thread, and compare it to threads back from work and the petitions they were related to, I'm impressed they still let you post.

So, that was the blunt and honest of where I am in this. I'm sure you don't care, because as has been established, the GMs are a bunch of lying hush-hush-coverups, THEY are out to get you, and I am just a drivelling fanboy.
