The D.F.C.S. is looking to expand operations towards the end of this month. We are looking to hire a small PVP (3+pilots) group with null, low, WH, and high sec pvp experience. Said corporation would be expected to join a parent alliance.

Pay will be based on experience and numbers. The pay range is 300-600m per month with pay outs bimonthly. Bonus rewards will be paid out at our discretion. Our goal is to have this contract in place by 4-1-2012.

The D.F.C.S. is a small group of individuals who complete contract work as 3rd party intermediates. See our corp description for additional information regarding our group, or ask Emerald Decartes. The selected applicant for this project will be provided with, at no expense to said group, a Ventrilo based communications system. If applicants already have a comms then they may use their own comms. Said comms information must be provided to the D.F.C.S. The selected group should expect 6-12 CTA’s per month, mostly in low or high sec, and an occasional null sec, or WH run. What said group does besides the CTA’s and in their own/down time is at the discretion of said group. Said group should expect to spend on average 4-8 hours per week involved in CTA’s.

Our expectations are that applicants will be efficient PVPer’s, with a proven record of their abilities. Applicants should understand fleet compositions, and be capable of forming a small fleet based on the Intel we provide. Applicants should also note that we do not offer ship reimbursement. We expect applicants to be able to determine when to fly shinny ships, and when not to.

This will be a working contract between the D.F.C.S. and the 3rd party PVP group selected. Said contract will be reviewed every three months, and continued or canceled during this review process as seen fit by the D.F.C.S.

The D.F.C.S. is not looking for chatter boxes, online friends, gloating elitist, children, or incapable pilots. There will be very little communication between the D.F.C.S. and the selected PVP group beside the exchange of information, such as Intel, and CTA locations time and dates.
