Hey guys,

I am a 50SP character from 2007. I stopped playing I think about 6 months ago after the huge patch when they completely cocked the game up for me in 0.0. I am back and am looking for a cooperation that can offer the following.

  • NO REQUIREMENTS TO BE ON AT A SPECIFIC TIME (I would just like to come onto the game and play when I feel like it. Mining/ratting to keep POS' running are exempt from this)

  • Highly knowledgeable and experienced corp

  • Good bunch of guys/gals (Cant be sexist ;-))

  • Live in 0.0 (Can live in both) and have good space for ratting/mining (Living in empire is not something I enjoy doing but I do like to go back now and then)

  • Do all ratting/mining and PVP.

  • I've been in some pretty big alliances in the past with amazing space. When things starting hitting the fan and you have to move, it sucks, but hey, its part of the game isn't it. I was very experienced with the game. Not sure now since its been 6 months or so but it will be easy for me to pick back up.

I am close to being able to fly a carrier if a corp needs another carrier for transporting assets / quick ratting / possibly PVP.

Well mate, you'd fit in well here. We are an active corp in both EU and US TZs and live in 0.0 SOV space in Querious. We fleet up for PVP daily, are a laid back, friendly, social group that enjoys averything EvE can offer (mostly killing others). WE have upgraded systems and everything SOV has to offer. Drop by Morior Invictus Public for a chat. See you in fleet soon!!

    Hi Grimm.

I would like to know about what you want to get out of a corporation. What playstyle are you looking for? Do you prefer PvE to PvP? How do you feel about CTAs, large fleets, and small gangs? How do you feel about an alliance that doesn't spend much time in its own space? Are you more interested in piloting a capital ship or a subcapital ship, and why? Is there a particular region you would like to live in, or at least have nearby?

I do prefer PVE where I would be able to make more money than sitting in empire making millions doing level 4 missions. Bad side to that is it gets very repetitive. I do like PVP once or twice a week. I don't mind call to arms. But if I am offline I will not be coming online unless our sovereignty is threatened. I prefer large fleets because I feel a lot safer. Although it is nice to have a small fleet now and then cos a kill feels a lot better than if someone just got humped by 30+ guys. I do like a killmail :-) I don't mind not spending a lot of time in its own space if you are talking about long roaming gangs. To be quite honest I would be happy piloting both, they both have their pros and cons. No particular region I would like to live in but a nice bit of space that is -0.4, -0.5 for the good rats and ore. I also hope it would be easy for me to get my assets out to where ever a corp might be. Thanks for taking your time to post.

For anyone else who posts, I will wait a couple days and keep an eye on this post so I can have my options open.

From your reply, here is what I think will work best for you:

    1) Join a null-sec renter corp/alliance. They will provide pretty much the playstyle you've described.
    2) Join a less active null-sec power, or one that is still getting on its feet. I can't verify this from first hand experience, but I think you stand a decent chance of getting what you from from alliances like Nulli Secunda or NEM3SIS. . Nulli lives in the Omist area, NEM in the Delve area.

Your playstyle isn't going to mesh well with the more active alliances, such as Goons/TEST, PL, Against all authorities or Cascade Imminent, and won't mesh at all with smaller null-sec alliances that base in NPC 0.0 from what I understand about them.

Come and have a chat with us on our public channel "VEXIL". Meet us, see who we are, then decide.

    Some info about us:

    • PvP corp based in NPC 0.0 in Great Wildlands (no SOV safe heaven, but lots of small to medium fights)
    • Been around since 2006 and keep getting better
    • Over 20,000 kills, 407 kills so far in February with 81p/c efficiency
    • Mix of veterans and newer players
    • Primary time 18:00-23:00, with some activity throughout the whole day and a growing US tz
    • Ship reimbursment for the newer players, also for logi, dic and hic pilots.

We get fights every day. usually flying in small gangs of 5-8 people, up to 20-30 man fleets. We believe it takes more skill to fly in smaller fleets and find it more satisfying.

We hope to give our pilots different looks at PvP and fly black ops, stealth bombers, recons, hacs, strategic cruisers, bc up to fleet battleships, carriers and dreads

We have a generally relaxed atmosphere in corp, but keep focus in fleets. We hope to have a laugh while playing the game.

Very true, it's hard for an entity to take you when you can't be arsed to fight for the survival of the alliance.

I would recommend looking into En Garde, they might have some corps that suit your style of play.
