How do I run 2 clients without having to turn my settings down?

Did a search, read some topics, looks like the Mac client is back to the Trinity state, crash, crash & crash.

Know CCP will fix it in the end, which will take some time I gather, like we are used to as Mac bitter vets. P

Just 1 question, topic says it all, I want to run 2 clients, with all my visual marbles as they are. I'm not in a frigging 1000 vs. 1000 man fleet fight so there should be no need to turn my graphic settings down on my MacPro, which is why I void clone maker.

Before Crucible I just could easily run 2 clients side by side in windowed mode, now the second client boots up (I think) but never gets beyond the dock stage.

Anyway to get my second client running?

Ive run 2, and even 3, on my MBP, but at low graphics settings. Ive found that there are many issues with the current build on high graphics, from low FPS to visual errors, to crashes. So I just keep everything at low all the time.

I wonder if more VRAM would help you...

Well, I can't even ship spin and quitting one client and booting up another results in the old 'one EVE client still being active' as seen in the activity monitor.

This is bad. Sad

But thank you for your reply. Big smile

And I have 1024 MB vram, surely that should be enough...... (as someone famous once said)

And alot more than I have. Yet I can have 3 clients running with CQ on, all at once (graphics on performance). Real low fps, but it all works.

Does running multiple clients work for you when you set them on low graphics?
