Every tom, ****, and harry has a 5-10mil sp tengu alt for sale. This simply will not meet my standards, sorry in advance.

Looking for quality here: Good/Perfect support skills, missile skills, etc.

He's pretty much a 100% perfect Tengu/Caldari sub cap pilot @ 70msp. That's not inflated at all. Not to mention he's amazing in WH's and exactly what you are looking for. If you can't afford to pay for what you are looking for then don't be so picky with your requirements.

Narrowly focused on Electronics, Engineering, Navigation, Missles, and ships. He can scan stuff as well when needed, but that was not the goal with him.
