A Resumé System to Improve Corp/Alliance Recruiting

I support this as recruiting is a gigantic pain in the ****. Especially when you end up with a chat channel filled with nothing but spammers and trolls, and the people actually trying to be recruited are being buried under trolling and spam.

To expand on the idea of fixing the recruitment channel... how about a tab in the corp window for recruitment, where instead of all the corps spamming and posting their ads, players would post their Resumes publicly for CEO's and recruiters to browse through, like a monster.com for EVE.

Anyone?

Resumes + Resume browser for recruiters. This is just so simple I don't know why nobody thought of it before.

Definite +1, this is an excellent idea.

Would make recruiting a lot easier because you could just look at what they're like without having to take them on their word. That turns out bad more often than you'd think, trust me.

+1 from me as well. Primarily I'd be interested in searching for potential recruits through a system similar to how they can search for corps. Make the search a two way street instead of having recruiters sit in a channel.

Just read, the resume idea is excellent. Essentially bringing (as mentioned by many others) the API check into the game. It is standard for any major corporations. Of course there probably are things that from the sandbox play couldnt be (checking for mails or alts) but if there were checkboxes, similar to the api it would help. Just apply, fill some words, check off what to auto ad, every corp HR person loves you. If it was made to interface with the API, then half of the work is already done!
