Character avatar transfers as a way to resculpt on demand

It's pretty simple, with the old avatar system it was possible to swap portraits. Now the portraits are dynamic but I think that there should be a way to transfer an avatar from an alt to another within an account, provided they are of the same race and gender.

Why so? Because re-sculpting the avatar is a tricky thing to do, it can only be done twice (upon creation, and then by special request via petition) and because I think that that would be simpler than implementing an ability to save "work in progress" versions of your avatar.

FAI, my main account, Ishtanchuk Fazmarai, was resculpted upon petition, and I was pretty pleased with the new version. Yet, a few days after that resculpt, I became aware of a geometry defect that is more visible under certain lightning. Then, I could try and rebuild her from an empty slot and of not pleased, just biomass the alt.... and do so until I was pleased, then just swap the avatar.

Or just now. I want to rebuild an alt who already was resculpted upon petition, but can't because i already petitioned it. By being able to swap avatars, i could just re-create her from scratch and swap once pleased.

Of course the swap probably would have to pay a fee, but, I don't expect services to be free. I would pay, say, 10 euros for being able to res-sculpt an avatar each now and then, either through payable re-sculpt or by an avatar transfer as explained.
