Character Bazaar

This is a Minmatar PvP/PvE starter character. Designed to be sold, he has only ever trained combat and related skills. Never used for anything besides buying skillbooks and PLEX, he has an almost completely clean corp history (1 player corp), no kills or losses ever, no bounty, no security or faction standing, positive wallet balance, located in a hisec station one jump from Jita. Up-to-date clone also comes with a partial set of +3 implants (no social) and one neural remap currently available.

All of the essential combat skills for a Minmatar have been trained to either IV or V. Fitting, ship, navigation, electronic, mechanical, engineering, gunnery, missile, drone, shield, and armor support skills are all there with some additional bonus skills thrown in that every pilot hates to train. Perfect for the pilot who isn't quite sure what they like to fly yet or simply likes variety in their shiptypes, Solas only requires minimal training to effectively pilot all types of Minmatar sub-capitals. Consistently fly what you want to fly quickly and effectively.

He will be in an NPC corp within 24 hours and will have electronics upgrades IV by the time of sale. I will pay the transfer fee.
