Anyone have any estimates as to when the test server will be mirrored again?

As has been stated by CCP many times, and even in stickied threads you SHOULD read before going on SISI, no one knows when the next mirror will be, so don't ask.

If your asking because you want to get on SISI and can't because it says your account isn't active, go here: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=6355&find=unread
Post your the Character name you wanted activated and voila, CCP will get around to it eventually.
