I was rather recently blown up, my game client lagged out about 2 seconds before my ship was destroyed (most likely to my incessant jamming of the 'align to' key). Client crashed, by the time I relogged I had already been podded. I have yet to receive any sort of "kill mail" about the parties involved etc, what am I missing?
