Issues with overview since the recent patch

I'm having an intermittent problem with the overview since the last patch, namely that when I am being ECM'd by others it shows up about 90% of the time and shows nothing the other 10%.

* yes I checked my overview settings about 1500 times and all the ECM check boxes are on. Everything is right and everything is the way it always has been.

Geforce GT240 .... yes it's an old card but plays EVE like a boss most of the time.

I had two clear cases of it yesterday:

1) ratting in a wormhole. I could see by my capacitor that I was being neuted by one of the rats but my overview did not display which one it was

2) after foolishly engaging a retribution, drake and tengu in my vagabond I was unable to see which one of them had me pointed so I could see where to put my ecm drones. It was probably all three but there's always hope :) ... and yes I lost the vagabond but it was was long shot anyway and I'm not bitter about that part.... it would have been amusing to be able to get out though.
