Mining lasers stopping for no reason

Title says it all. Since the patch today every so often my mining lasers stop cycling. Auto repeat is on, the roids are below 15km and the Hulks have enough cap.

It seens the auto-repeat function is not working, i turned it off for a while and now i can't turn it on... ....it is making impossible to run missions having to manually fire each turn.
