OK, ive seen the tengu do the mission angel extravaganxer many time, therefore im going to give you a fit that i know works. This fit isnt mine, but i got it from this link

The fit he uses is:

[Tengu, Lvl 4 mission]

It is capstable now, 450-800 DPS Tank, and 690DPS with my skills so far, need to change my implants to 5% HM dmg.
I know some ppl now say that this tank is overkill, but I like to run capstable, seeing my shield always at 100% and just shoot everthing without care. Plus I dont really see how I can increase my DPS with med slots?

Also I would like to get rid of the CCC II, but thats another month of skilling engineering skills, though I might need them anyway in the future for machariel/nightmare PvE?

Think I understand now that I need the Leve 5 damage skills, and I'm training them now. Are there any tools where I can see the difference between f.e. Missile Projection 4 -> 5, Guided Missile Precision 4 -> 5, Target Navigation Prediction 4 -> 5 and Missile Bombardment 4 -> 5? Since in EVEHQ it doesnt change the DPS or anything like that. So I dont know if they are worth it.

You can use EFT to see the difference and impact of a lvl5 skill over a lvl4.

Once installed and you learned the basics plug your fit -oc you've imported first your char API so the program knows his skills
Right click on any mod and use "affected by skill" and change the lvl of that skill.

You'll see small stuff at the end makes big stuff.

HAM Tengu ftw...

Mine kicks out 966dps with Trauma Rage, and has a 41km effective range, 72km with Javelins... 1,100 dps overheated.

5% implants included of course.

Take out the damage control, its unnecessary. Also T1 Shield extender? Another thing, use T2 HAMs. Can get about 800dps easily.
