15 Chr Remap?

I've recently come back to the game after about three years, and I notice there's something called remaps available.

Currently my skills are:
Chr: 15
Others: 21

However, if I use the evemon remapping tool, it seems to say that the lowest I can set my chr is 17, so I always 'lose' two points to chr, which as far as I can tell is not something I need.
I do tend to skill all over the place so a general approach seems pretty good, but I could save a few days here and there using my 3 bonus remaps I have available.

So if I remap, is the lowest I can set my chr 17?

Yes. You are stuck with 17 minimum.

I'll be re-mapping in about 2 weeks, also losing my 15 Charisma *sniffles*

remap with a long training queue and you will still gain more sp / hour despite 'losing' 2 attribute points. Unless of course if you are already min / maxed :P
