i would like to buy a freighter pilot (not gallente) that also has some good skill in trading (i don't care about wholesale, procurement lvl 3 , accounting V and broker relation V will be great).

I don't want to pay for any other SP in other skills.

thx but i would prefer a char that has trading skills and desn't fly a freighter rather than a char that doesn't has trading skill at all :)
