Hi. I'm Buckminster Funnyuncle, President and CEO of GBS LOGISTICS AND FIVES SUPPORT [MY 5S]. Speaking from a position of authority as Director of Inter-Alliance Highsec Relations, I can confirm that the next Goonswarm Federation [CONDI] high security interdiction target is Nitrogen Isotopes. Hold on to your ass.

Confirming I'm heading over to Cladari space to interdict people mining Introgen Isotopes while buying up the entire stock of said 'topes in Ijta

Wake me when GS uses the profits of the ice interdictions to interdict the PLEX market.

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

there are a lot of high sec systems across several regions that have Caldari ICE.

Also there are far more Caldari towers as most high sec research towers are Caldari.

I guess I'm glad I have almost 6 months supply for my towers. might even sell a bunch if the price goes way up.

This is the first I heard of any manipulation happening in the Isotopes market.

Just be warned, someone could be trolling you, not sure who though.

Just a little public service announcement.

Run an Amarr tower.

Genesis
Khanid
TahMurkon
Domain and other smaller regions have around 25 or more Amarr Ice fields in High sec. Most with no stations.

Goons will never set up the POS network to interdict Amarr ice. They are too lazy.

Do you know how to tell that this isn't an official interdiction?

There's no volume spike on Nitrogen. Try looking at the Oxygen Iso market graph sometime. Blink

Enjoy your bubble, ya'll.

But you have to admit, the ganking of 100's of Mackinaw's is solid effort. Official or not. Blink

Excellent!

Large volumes of highly researched Ammo, drones, charges and ship bpo's. Biggest BPO store in EVE! https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=445524#post445524

- The amount of nitrogen traded is about from twice to thrice as much as the other isotopes. This means smoother "spikes" and more reserves. But once the supply is disrupted (only Amarr is quite more resistant due to wider areas to mine) it will react more.

- If supply decreases and there are no market manipulations, price will rise in a less spiky way. Since this is not an organized interdiction + manipulation campaign the market manipulations spikes would be somewhat smaller. Even then, today's 693 isk PU vs 500-530 of 2 weeks ago is an effect.

- Thank you for the "enjoy your bubble", after publicizing the interdiction, I am riding the bubble already. Won't be as "pro" bubble as you endless ISK guy can do, but it costed me nothing, I risked nothing.

This is going to end in tears for tope hoarders. Large consumer of these are the reaction towers and at the moment it seems that the supply is far above the demand as margins have been compressed to sub-10% and some complex reaction outputs are actually selling almost at a loss in Jita at the moment (Fullerides for example show a fat 0.25% profit if reacted out of raw material sell orders... and that's even after the recent price jump from 2300ish to 2500ish per unit)

I assume fuel block introduction (easier tower fueling) enticed a bunch of new tower operators to enter the fray and there is now a glut on the market. Not enough T2 producers compared to reaction runners. Nobody tends their towers at a loss so whenever the current fuel and raws is processed, I would expect a bunch of these towers to get taken down, cutting down fuel demand.

So unless there is a serious hit on Nitrogen isotope production (which I believe is non-trivial for Nitrogen as there are so many ice fields around, unlike Gallente), this bubble will burst as reaction tower operators start mothballing their hardware in droves...

Now they will indeed. Thanks a lot.

Loving it... the Mackinaw "body count" is rising and so is the cost per block of White Glaze... nothing trivial about that, at least in the short term. Blink

We are keeping our eyes peeled here in Ammatar for IceBots creeping in from Caldari.........
