I'm looking for a character with the following skills at minimum...

Laboratory Operation IV
Cybernetics III
Science V
Electronics V
Engineering V
Mechanics V

I will pay more if the character has...

Advanced lab operation
electronic engineering
laser physics
rocket science
scientific networking
amarr encryption methods
caldari encryption methods

The only other skills I might accept are some basic industry skills like PE and mass production.

Not quite 100% to what you wanted as far as the requirements went, but not far off, and Lab Operation is currently queued up to level 3 so will be done in a few hours. See what ya think anyway
