Q: Scanning Cargos

I know that in the past if you scanned a freighter you couldn't see inside the cargo container "General Freight". But then CCP changed that so you could.

So here's my question, can you cargo scan a freighter and see what's in the Courier Contract package? And if so, can you also see whats in the can that was contracted? (if thats the case)

No the courier himself isnt even supposed to see the cargo, you can only peek in the plastic wrap once afaik.
The scanner will only see a plastic wrap.
