The two times I went to fanfest, I always went alone. It's a blast, even then.

This will be my 4th Fanfest, and every year so I've seen lonely pilots who attend Fanfest get drunk with random strangers, and getting almost adopted by friendly corporations!

If you fly out from any major airport, already the second you get to the gate for the flight to Iceland, you'll feel right at home. The flight from Copenhagen on the Wednesday before Fanfest, for example, are ALWAYS mostly Fanfest attendees.

So by the second time I went to Fanfest through Copenhagen, the flight was full of familiar faces to talk to!

See you at fanfest! I can't wait! Cool
