I will start with the biggining, the corp was founded about~10 days ago and we are ~15 member about half are from US and the other half from EU tz . Most of us are new to the game still learing from eachother. We are doing fleets so we achive our goals more easier.You can take the initiative in any way.We have some old players that take initiative doing things and give guidance.

We are casual players, no hardcore here; you can do whatever you like when you like, no obligations.
About the corp tax is 5%, with the isk i recived untill now i payed the rent to the office 9mil, the rest im helping new commers with some isk.The isk from tax is going back to the corp.Anyway in time i hope the things will change in good.
