is there any way that i can shorten the time for skill training or not just asking to see

Get a bunch of imps for each of attributes, +3 is quite effective to make training shorter and not so pricey. Evemon will help you to see how much of time you will gain using imps.

And geez, work on your writing skillz , your post is one liner blurp

i know, i have kicked out 3 essays, and 2 chapters of my book, and the rough draft for my first draft of my research paper for geology class. i am just sick of writing lol but i feel i needed to ask this tonight sorry for the poor grammar.

You can easily buy a set of +4s which are quite cheap.. Based on the ships that i've seen u fly, i'd say you can easily use a set of +5's in your empire clone for learning skills.
