In station - ship/background fixed and not spinning

As of today, I can no longer spin my ship while in a station. Instead, it is a fixed ship and fixed background. This is reminiscent of turning off load station environment before Incarna, but I'm not sure how to make it go back to normal.

This happens on both accounts.

I will have to check it, but I think "load station environment" work in the same manner as in pre-incarna state.

Try undocking and docking back.
