Heya, there are are few things I'm looking for.

Must have t2 Large Energy Turrets. Must have Amarr BS to a minimum of 4. Minimum 15mil SP.

Major Pluses:

Cybernetics 5
Cap Ship Capable
All Gunnery Support Skills 5
Drone Skills


Don't really care too much about industry/science, but if he can fly a hulk too, throw it up there and I'll check it out.

I'm buying a toon today (15-16bil budget), I'd love to be able to get 2, but if there's a good candidate I'll blow it all on one.

- T2 energy turrets
- amarr bs at 5
- you can get cybernetics 5 out of the reallocable SPs and still have enough for training minmatar bs for bhaalgorn
- all gunnery support skills at 5

bonus : command ships 5, hacs 5, bc 5, covert ops

Good nightmare pilot, and 1.8 mil reallocable SP to get to a good bhaalgorn pilot as well.
