Nothing in EVE is free, and I'd be happy to offer 50M ISK for a thorough appraisal of this toon.

I bought the toon a while back for C5 WH PvE, but a great deal of SP were invested in mining. The only skills one would need to work on for 'perfect' mining would be mineral specific processing ones. In addition, this toon also has decent production skills, which I've never made use of.

I plan to sell this toon in 1 month. In the mean time, I'm going to keep training up the Tengu skills to 5, which I believe is the most attractive aspect of this toon. What I'm unsure of is how to value the other skills.
