The information wasn't sensitive at all, and the Goons did a big deal of the issue just as you attempt to do now. CCP Games have since dismissed the issue, proof of it is Darious the third not only being kept on the CSM but getting to run again.

I sent a full disclosure to CCP Games the same day along mail headers and screenshots.

By focusing myself with in-game content, which is the killer app of EN24, i'll stay off the NDA minefield.

Eve if I were to write an opinion piece on a pressing matter, am sure the CCP Games folks would be more than willing to review the issue.

But again, the blogger initiative ensures Eve News24 independence on opinion issues.


So you are going to gimp the content on EN24 to be able to be in the CSM. While it is all of course your own choice, journalists and politicians have always stood on separate sides for good reasons.

Personally I would be more interested if you or some other eve journalists would make a deal with the CSM to perhaps get some sort of press moment organised after CSM meetings, where you are able to ask the CSM and perhaps CCP devs questions about the released meeting minutes.

This already happens ad-hoc'ly by podcasters, and a loose interview here and there. But having it as a semi-official thing would be kind of interesting in the whole lets-emulate-how-the-world-works kind of way.

Internet news is serious buisness: NDAs aren't. You dumbass he (be it D3 or not doesn't matter) violated an NDA, reguardless of what was contained in the logs it was a violation of an NDA. it could have been "[time stamp (lol the timestamp is in d3's tz)] D3: o7 m8s" and thats still a big deal because that is still protected under an NDA.

I guess what I'm trying to say is you are unbelievably stupid, oh and keep shooting yourself in the foot tia.

if d3 had breached any kind of NDA he would of been removed from his post and possibly the game
neither happened...it turned out to be goonhurfblurf because.....well hes still here isnt he....
