Right, a recent patch has changed decimal and the thousand separator characters based on locale. I am Dutch so it swapped for me. Is there a way for me to change it back to US / UK default with a '.' as decimal separator? After all, we Dutch people are happy users of US type keyboards so a ',' as decimal separator is inconvenient.
I dont mind having to hack some settings file or registery settings, but I rather not change my windows settings.

I cant help you directly, but according to this you can change your decimal separator for EvE
